Join me with my music group - recording artists Randy Langford, Melinda Joy, and Son of Cormack, accompanied by Jason Hendrix - as we share our All Hallow’s Eve/Samhein/Dia de los Muertos edition of Colors of Love!
Including original music from our songwriters, ancient and contemporary poetry, chanting, story-telling, the vibration of drums and a crystal singing bowl, as well as other magic, we curate an interactive experience for the listener. It is fun, evocative, and reflective. We draw on our life experiences, some Jungian and Buddhist philosophy, our friendships, our sense of humor, and of course, our music to inspire, intrigue, spark joy, and maybe even bring some healing for those who participate.
Martha Adams, a devoted supported of Austin music, is our hostess for the evening! She has a heart for the music of singer-songwriters, and has been offering her lovely garden in South Austin as an intimate venue for many, many years! We are honored to be hosted by her!
Please email Martha at madams8008@gmail.com with your RSVP, and for the address. Potluck at 6:30, with music to begin at 7pm
A suggested donation of $20 support the musicians!
The theme of this edition of Colors of Love reflects this time of year when the veil is said to be very thin! The season invites us to honor, listen to, and celebrate the Ancestors! They are sure to make an appearance on this night!
